| The Board of Directors defines the job descriptions for the Artistic Director and General Manager who are hired to execute the mandate of the company. The Artistic Director and General Manager are responsible for staffing all other positions necessary for the efficient operation of the theatre.
The
Ship’s Company is governed by a Board of Directors incorporated
under the Societies Act of Nova Scotia and consists of members chosen
from the municipality, our immediate region and the province. The
Board enjoys representation from the business, professional, and
artistic communities.

Board is required to meet quarterly and more frequently when necessary.
The affairs of the Board are directed by the Executive Committee
which meets monthly.
The
